This release is a FREE upgrade for licensed users of SWORD: ServiceBooks, Field Service Management Software, and available for immediate download. In this release:
  • Enhancements to the Contacts table include, 9 new User Defined Fields (6 alpha-numeric strings, 2 dates, 1 note);
  • Default settings for the Contact UDFs may be stored in the Company Table;
  • Added new Zip Code lookup table to the Customer Edit window, the Zip Code lookup will populate the City and State for both, the Bill to & Ship to addresses;
  • Enhancements to the Service Order Material Edit window include an option to enter a discount amount or a discount percentage;
  • The Service Order Schedule window has been redesigned to be "resizable"
