SWORD without the *SCA QuickBooks Link is essentially a Service Order entry program. QuickBooks Customer and Items files can be imported into SWORD.
*SWORD with the optional Special Commerce Agent (SCA) for QuickBooks, provides two-way transfer of customer data and Service Orders can be transferred to QuickBooks as Invoices.
